be able to open a folder to change my desktop

So, right now, there is a 'Desktop' folder that the system uses as the source of the icons for your desktop. I would SO like DIT to give me a context-menu select of 'open as Desktop' for a folder, and that would REPLACE my desktop layout with the icons in that folder. Of course, there should be an enhanced desktop.ini that sets things that are particular to the desktop, like background image and such.
